La Corte, costruita nel 1370, ospita un ristorante esclusivo con vetrate affacciate sul Po e lussuosi camini. Il ristorante, che rappresenta il lato raffinato e ricercato della Bassa Parmense, ha avuto l’onore di ricevere una stella dalla Guida Michelin nel 2011.
In queste zone umide è nato il concetto di cucina “gastrofluviale” fatta di prodotti speciali, acqua e nebbia, dove predominano le materie prime prodotte nell’orto di famiglia e dove si esaltano le antiche tradizioni della zona.
